Horizontal submersible pump is a direct connection between the motor and the pump, the pump body submerged in the water work of the water lifting equipment, which is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells, but also can be used for rivers, reservoirs, aqueducts and other water lifting projects: mainly used for irrigation of farmland and water for human and animal life in mountainous areas of the plateau, and can also be used for the city, factories, railroads, mines, construction sites for water supply and drainage.
Horizontal submersible pump wiring method is what? Take a look:
1. Strip the outer sheath of the horizontal submersible pump cable and the main insulation layer, exposing the copper wire 35-40mm, will be close to the core part of the rubber trimmed to a cone, the core of the oxidized layer polished, and with alcohol (or hydrochloric acid) to wipe the core and to be wrapped in the insulation layer, sheath layer and make it dry naturally.

4. With the bare copper wire uniformly tight cable core, with the soldering iron heating, seepage of tin, the requirements of penetration, seepage uniform. With a file to repair the welding part of the leveling, and again with alcohol wipe clean to be wrapped part, dry.
5. First use self-adhesive butyl tape half-overlap package of three layers, and gradually extend to the outside of the core. When wrapping the tape must be stretched 200%, the outer layer of polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape and then half-overlap package of three layers, but also gradually extend outward to ensure that the wrapping part is not shorter than 200mm.
6. Three-core cable joints should be staggered a certain distance from the three joints in order to prevent short-circuit.
7. The wiring method when the lead-in cable is double lead-in cable:
(1) cable joints after shaking the insulation resistance of the cable and the motor (without water), the value is not less than 150 megohms;
(2) motor filled with water again after shaking the insulation resistance of the motor winding should not be less than 40 megohms;
